#TBT seems like a fitting excuse to post my four month late Paris photo diary, better late than never eh? I was looking through my pictures the other day and decided to face the daunting task of organising them and picking a few for this post head on. In August I went on a short impromptu trip to Paris and
fell in love with the city. It's quite funny how before this I had been to France at least five times, but never made it to Paris city centre, but after going I will definitely be going back!
{eurostar from london st pancras to gard du nord paris}
{some very pretty building that I do not know the name of}
{queing for the eiffel tower}
When we arrived to Paris city centre we decided to wonder sound for a bit before going to the compulsory destination of the Eiffel Tower. Although people say British people enjoy queuing I was not ammused by the hundreds of people queuing left right and centre, the queue was sooooooooooooo long and there were so many, it was rather confusing. Luckily my mum stayed on the queue for us while we wandered round and bought tour bus tickets for later, meaning we didn't feel it as much.
{view from the eiffel tower, ok maybe the queue was worth it}
{dinner}
{some bridge}
{l'arc de triomphe}
{big bus night tour around Paris}
When I say this is the COLDEST I HAVE EVER BEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE I am not lying, it was deep. Because it was a short trip we wanted to make the most of every hour, as soon as we got out of the Eurostar we headed straight to the city centre and Eiffel Tower, the weather was lovely and actually really warm, but the night- not so much. After the day of exploring the city we got the coach from the arc de triomphe, and toured the city in the night- it was beautiful. Unfortunately I was still wearing the same clothes from earlier and the chilling wind from the top deck was unforgiving.
I hope you enjoyed some of photos from my Paris trip! Have you been to Paris recently? Let me know below and make sure to follow!
